FEES OF ARCHITECTURAL BENEFITS & INTERIOR DECORATION

Phase I, Project Study:

1) At the client's home, I evaluate the project and its specifications.

2) Beginning of the project study, I take measurements and photos at his home.
Fees for a project study (depending on the area to be renovated) including:

• Taking pictures and measurements.
• Making of 2D & 3D plans.
• Making of the electrical diagram on plans.
• Research and proposal of furniture and fixtures.
• Research and proposal of decoration supplies (floor covering, walls), paints.
• Transfer of copyright and submission of the overall study with 2 photorealistic visuals of the future result.

Phase II, Project management:

Interior architect fees (as a percentage of the work cost with supplies), including the installation, management and supplying of construction site,follow-up and coordination of the various specialized artisans until its turnkey delivery. For the execution of the works, DE MONTAIGNE PARIS calls on French, certified and labeled art craftsmen, acclaimed for their competence.*:

*For International architecture and interior design project, my service fees evolve according to the importance and the location of the works. A tailored quote will be proposed to my clientele.

For investor clients, I offer a turnkey service including: study, realization of the works, decoration and furnishing with my partner brands in furniture and lightings. The realty will thus be delivered ready to live.

DE MONTAIGNE PARIS is also:
• Design and execution of custom-made furniture (coffee tables, sideboards, desks ...)
• Storage solutions (libraries, dressing rooms ...): prices to be defined on a case by case basis.
• Study and design of tailor-made kitchens with my partner craftsmen.
• Home staging and virtual home staging.
• Interior design advising.

Conclusion: my fees are split into two parts
1) The fees for studying the project: 2D-3D plans, electric plan, scenery rendering, animation video on demand.
2) Work supervision: I come to supervise on site, I take in charge the coordination, supplies and reporting to the client, all that in a turnkey solution.
Those charges are calculated depending on the situation of the project, its final cost and the necessary workforce.
